Please join us for celebration, connection, and a special moment in the life of our congregation.
On behalf of the Board of Trustees, I invite you to join us for an early evening potluck on Sunday, January 28, when our congregation will gather for our 2024 annual meeting and celebrate the Second Century Campaign…Renewing Our Foundation.
We have so much to be grateful for as we begin anew in 2024. And breaking bread together will be a beautiful way to express that gratitude as well as reconnect with one another after the holiday season.
Personally, I love church potlucks as they remind me of my New England roots and are a staple of congregational living in wintertime. The potlucks created many fond memories of rich conversation, personal connections, and the much-needed warmth of fellowship in the midst of the winter. This year, by combining the annual meeting with a celebration marking the end of our capital campaign, I hope we may all benefit from such a gathering as we celebrate the life and ministry of our congregation.
The potluck will take place between 5:30 and 8:00 pm and will be held in the church’s parlor. We kindly ask that you RSVP directly to Meg House, gro.hcruhccpc@ofni, or me, moc.srosivdaeuqsaw@nod at your earliest convenience.
We will be sharing a signup form soon to ensure that we have enough food, desserts, and beverage for all. And for those who cannot attend in person, we will provide a zoom link to you so that you can enjoy our fellowship time as well as participate in the annual meeting.
See you on January 28!
