Worship in the Sanctuary and Online at 10:30 am Sundays.
Worship is central to the life of our congregation, gathering our community each Sunday at 10:30 am to pray, sing, enjoy beautiful music, and listen to sermons that connect God’s Word with our daily lives. Our doors – physical and virtual – are open to all and our Sunday worship reflects our inclusive, united, and uniting denomination. Please Come Visit!
Our pastor Rev. Ellen Jennings preaches most Sundays, with a congregation member or guest minister adding their perspective periodically. The sermons interpret scripture and address real-life questions, issues, and concerns of importance to everyone.
Once a month we share communion and our table is open – anyone who wishes to participate in the sacrament may do so.
Throughout the year we hold several special worship services, such as the Blessing of the Animals and All Soul’s Sunday, and we regularly celebrate baptisms and other life cycle events.
Fellowship & More
Following each Sunday service, we join together for what has been lovingly labeled “the finest Coffee Hour in Christendom.” This warm and welcoming time of fellowship features a variety of treats prepared by our members.
At the end of Coffee Hour, we frequently hold an Adult Programs event, such as a workshop or a presentation about an impactful volunteer or personal activity.
Children Are Welcome
If you have a child, we have a place for them in our hearts, our worship service, and our Sunday School. Many children participate in a portion of the Sunday worship service, and then attend our Sunday School beginning around 10:45 am.
We also offer free, skilled childcare for infants and toddlers from 10:15 am to 11:45 am each Sunday. This childcare is in a beautiful nursery stocked with age-appropriate toys and play rugs.
Parents are welcome to stay in the sanctuary with your infant. We also have hearing devices that allow you to sit comfortably in our parlor while listening to the service in the sanctuary.
